Hi Kim, It felt good to be back at the gym this morning. Those three weeks out of town really took me off my workout schedule. Thanks for your flexibility in getting me in this morning. I really needed that workout! I also want to say thanks again for doing such an awesome job. I appreciate you going above and beyond by keeping in touch with me about my diet, and your recommendations and suggestions are much appreciated. Your workout sessions are great, for which I have proof of the following day(s), due to soreness in places I didn't know I had. lol
I have seen so much improvement in the way I look and feel, and it's greatly due to our training sessions. You are always encouraging and know exactly what areas I need to work on, and how to work on them to get the best results. I just wanted to take a moment to say thanks for all you do in helping me get to where I need to be, to feel and look better. You're the best! See you on Friday

Exercise is very important to me and I have been a member at *** for many years. Last April I decided to work with a trainer to lose weight and tone my body. I started personal training with Kim in April 2011 and what a difference it makes!
Before we started working together, I had lower back pain and very tight muscles. Kim taught me the correct way to stretch before exercise, using dynamic stretches vs. static (after the workout). In the past, I always did a cardio workout before weight training, now I have reversed this process to get more out of my workout.
I am happy to see the results of training with Kim. The pain in my lower back is gone and my body is more toned and shaped. I have strengthened my core and my balance has really improved, something I have been working on for a long time! I have lost weight too!
I am going to continue training and would recommend Kim to anyone that is considering personal training. She is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and really cares about her clients.
