**fitness-for-kids! programs are offered during summer weekday mornings and include fit games, exercises, aerobics, fun competitions, TRX training, agility drills, as well as nutritional guidance/tips.
What is it like?
Each workout includes a short dynamic warm-up, a full resistance training workout (designed based upon the initial consultation) followed by assisted static stretching, ongoing cardio plans, continual nutritional guidance as well as moral support and wellness coaching.
Why does it work?
Strength training builds muscle which increases your metabolism and helps you lose and keep off excess pounds. Cardio training improves your metabolism and increases longevity. Stretching improves flexibility which among other things, keep your joints supple and strong. A food journal will be the first step in teaching you what it is the fuels your appetite. I will analyze it and offer the steps needed to modify and beautify your food intake.
How do you do it?
Equipment - you!, dumbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, core balls, resistance bands, bodybar, step, bench, jumpropes ...

I know how to work with you and I am very passionate about it! We will begin where you are, not where you need to be. You are exactly where you need to be right now, reading this. We are going to get real and honest about what you want and what it takes to get there. You've heard that 'Two heads are better than one' - let me just say that when two minds are focused on the same goal, the power to make that goal a reality is 10X at least!
I have hundreds of exercises and plans for different clients' needs. As you develop, and as your central nervous system starts to adapt to new movement patterns, I will be modifying what you do and will encourage you to change the thought patterns that are preventing your growth. As your body adapts I will progress your workouts to keep you and your body moving forward.
You can forget, and i mean 'FORGET' about ever saying, 'I can't do that!', ever again (unless you want to do 50 push-ups)! But don't be scared, i am here for you :) . It's all good. No worries. I will modify appropriately for you until you CAN do it! And believe me, you WILL. I am gentle, not loud, but when you think you are getting away with something, be warned - you're not.
And that is when the transformation begins. When you get out of your own way and begin to trust the process that i am sharing with you - you begin to write a new story about yourself and about what you are capable of - in mind, in body and in soul. You'll become truthful about what you really, really WANT and what you absolutely WILL allow for yourself. You'll finally truly believe in the miracle that is you. And only then, can i promise you that with my help, there is no force in this universe that can stop YOU!
